Information that cannot identify a user on its own or in combination with other information is not considered personal information in the legal sense; when the user's information can be linked to their identity alone or in combination with other data, or when these data are used in combination, it will be treated and protected as user information in accordance with this Privacy Policy for the duration of the combined use.

II. Collection of User Information

2.1 When users register on the NexChat website (https://NexChats.net/) and enjoy related services, they acknowledge and agree that we may collect, store, and use the following data related to user information. Failure to provide or agreement to collect such information may result in the inability to become a user or subscribe to our products and services, or achieve the intended results of the related services.

2.1.1 Information provided by the user, including: name, mobile phone number, email address, and service-related questionnaire responses that can identify the user alone or in combination with other information.

2.1.2 Log information: NexChat automatically collects user service usage data and saves it as web logs. For example: browsing information, access records, click information, language used, date and time of access, cookies, Web Beacon, etc.

2.1.3 User account support information: Based on the user's use of NexChat services and records of user consultations, reports, and troubleshooting (such as communication or call records), NexChat will record and analyze this information to respond more promptly to user requests for help and improve services.
