Welcome to NexChat. This User Registration Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the services provided by NexChat.

II. Agreement Acceptance

By clicking to agree to this Agreement during the registration process and completing the registration procedures, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept all the terms of this Agreement.

III. Definitions

"NexChat Technology" refers to NexChat or "the Company". "NexChat Platform" refers to services and products offered via the NexChat website (https://NexChats.net/).

IV. Account Registration and Use

Upon completing the registration process, you will receive an NexChat account. Each user is allowed one account only. Account misuse may result in suspension or termination.

V. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

VI. Modifications to the Agreement

NexChat reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
